Does anyone know of a source that can provide the necessary wiring diagram
for converting/making the existing Aerofly dongle (The bit with the
Futaba/Multiplex connection) suitable for the Futaba Square (FF9 etc)
training plug connection.
Cheers!
A trip to the zoo for the first correct answer!!!

If you have the correct connector check out
http://users.belgacom.net/TX2TX/tx2tx/english/tx2txgb7.htm

You need pins 2 & 3.

Hi,

If you have the original dongle for Aerofly pro with a round Din plug of
Futaba or Multiplex :

the only thing you need is soldering 2 wires,; the ground and the OUT signal
On your FF9, the out is on contact 3, the ground is on contact 2 (see my
website chapter 3 for official numbering)

The ground of your FF9 will go to the ground of the DIN-futaba-connector
(shield) and the OUT signal
of the FF9 will have to be connected to the OUT of the Futaba female -DIN
(see my website)
Same for a Multiplex connector : ground to ground, OUT to OUT.
